Refund policy

At Kings Premium Pickles, every pack is prepared and sealed with care to ensure freshness, hygiene, and authentic homemade taste. Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2–4 hours from the time of placing the order by contacting us at uk@kingspremiumpickles.com.

Please note that the 2–4 hour cancellation window is offered as a customer convenience and does not guarantee automatic cancellation. Cancellations will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • If the order has already been processed, prepared, packed, or dispatched, even if the request falls within the 2–4 hour window.
  • If the order was placed during peak preparation hours (for example: late night or early morning) and processing has already begun.
  • If the order includes large or bulk quantities requiring advance preparation.
  • If the customer has a history of repeated cancellations or misuse of the cancellation window.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, no cancellations or modifications can be accepted due to the perishable nature of our products.

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method as per our standard refund timelines.

Refunds (Case-by-Case Basis)
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

  • Products damaged during transit
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Quality issues reported immediately upon delivery

If you face any of the above issues, please write to us at uk@kingspremiumpickles.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos and your order details. Our team will review and respond promptly.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
As our pickles are perishable and made in small batches, they cannot be restocked or resold once shipped. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, replacements, or cancellations once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your pack arrives damaged, leaked, or if the wrong product has been sent, please contact us immediately with photos. Once verified, we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds, where approved, are processed within 7–10 business days.
